    1. Through data voluntarily entered in forms and introduced into the Operator’s systems.
    2. By saving cookies (so-called “cookies”) on end-user devices.

2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

  1. Login areas and personal data entry points are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data and login credentials entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
  2. User passwords are stored in a hashed format. The hashing function is one-way—its operation cannot be reversed, which is the modern standard for storing user passwords.
  3. The Operator regularly performs backups to protect data.
  4. An essential element of data protection is regularly updating all software used by the Operator to process personal data, particularly programming components.

3. Hosting

  1. The website is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of another company.
  2. The hosting provider maintains server logs to ensure technical reliability. These logs may include:
    • Resources identified by URL (addresses of requested resources—pages, files),
    • Request arrival time,
    • Response time,
    • The name of the client station—identified via the HTTP protocol,
    • Information about errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions,
    • The URL of the previously visited page (referer link)—if the user accessed the website via a link,
    • Information about the user’s browser,
    • IP address,
    • Diagnostic information related to the process of self-ordering services via forms on the website,
    • Information related to email correspondence handled and sent by the Operator.

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on Data Usage

  3. You have the right to request the Administrator:
    • Access to your personal data,
    • Correction of your personal data,
    • Deletion of your personal data,
    • Restriction of processing,
    • And data portability.
  4. You have the right to object to the processing of personal data mentioned in point 3.2 for the purpose of legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling. However, the right to object cannot be exercised if there are compelling legally justified grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights, and freedoms, particularly establishing, pursuing, or defending claims.
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to operate the website.

  4. Data entered in forms is processed for the purpose resulting from the specific form’s function, e.g., to handle a service request or commercial contact, service registration, etc. Each form’s context and description clearly indicate its purpose.

6. Administrator Logs

  1. Information about user behavior on the website may be logged. These data are used to administer the website.

7. Key Marketing Techniques

  1. The Operator uses statistical traffic analysis via Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the service operator, only anonymized data. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. Regarding user preferences collected by Google’s advertising network, the user can view and edit information derived from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
  2. The Operator uses remarketing techniques to tailor advertising messages to user behavior on the website. While this may create the impression that the user’s personal data is used for tracking, in practice, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to advertising operators. The technical requirement for such actions is the cookie function being enabled.
  3. The Operator uses Facebook Pixel technology, allowing Facebook (Facebook Inc., USA) to know that a registered user is using the website. This is based on data for which Facebook is the administrator. The Operator does not transfer any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.
  4. The Operator uses automated solutions to improve website functionality, e.g., sending an email to the user after visiting a specific subpage, provided the user has agreed to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.

8. Cookie Information

  1. The website uses cookies.
  2. Cookies are IT data, particularly text files, stored on the User’s end device and designed for the use of website pages. Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage duration on the end device, and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookies on the User’s end device and accessing them is the website operator.
  4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    1. Maintaining user sessions (after login), allowing the user to avoid re-entering their login and password on each subpage.
    2. Achieving the purposes described above in the “Key Marketing Techniques” section.
  5. The website uses two main types of cookies: “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies. “Session” cookies are temporary files stored on the user’s device until they log out, leave the website, or close the browser. “Persistent” cookies are stored on the user’s device for a time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the user.
  6. Web browsers typically allow cookies to be stored on the user’s end device by default. Users can change these settings. Browsers enable the deletion of cookies and may also allow automatic blocking of cookies. Detailed information on this can be found in the browser’s help or documentation.
  7. Restricting the use of cookies may impact some functionalities available on the website.
  8. Cookies placed on the User’s device may also be used by entities cooperating with the website operator, particularly companies such as Google (Google Inc., USA), Facebook (Facebook Inc., USA), and Twitter (Twitter Inc., USA).

9. Managing Cookies – How to Express and Withdraw Consent in Practice?

  1. If the user does not wish to receive cookies, they can change the browser settings. Disabling cookies essential for authentication, security, and user preference maintenance processes may hinder the use of the website or, in extreme cases, make it impossible to use.
